Diagnosed with slight adenemyosis - I'm scared that this is end of me ever getting pregnant. Please tell me I'm not crazy and there is light at the end of the tunnel

Hello All, I have been trying to concieve since 1.5 years now had a chemical pregnancy this year in January. I was diagnosed with PCOS at the beginning of the year with insulin resistance. With anti inflammatory diet I lost 6kgs in the last 3 months and my fertility clinic also prescribed me 1500mg metformin. Husband's SA is good and nothing to worry.

Despite all this I was never able to concieve and I have observed my periods mood swings, ovulation mood swings, lower stomach pain before and during periods, severe constipation that I need to use my fingers to clear it out or diarrhea since many years, constant need to pee - seeing all these I thought I might have Endo.

Luckily without much difficulty when I explained this to my fertility clinic she immediately referred me to Endo specialist center and when I had my appointment last week in the ultrasound they say they don't see any endometrisis but slight adenemyosis but in the end only surgery can give a definite answer which is towards the end of this month.

Honestly I don't know what to expect or what I wanted to ask this community here but day by day my dream of being a mom and being pregnant seems getting distant. During the scan she also mentioned to mentally prepare for IVF due to adenomyosis. Is it possible that I really don't have any endometrisis at all and just adenomyosis or can Endo be superficial?

I'm sorry for the rant but at this point of time anything from you guys is helpful as I'm loosing it. Expecting my period in one day so mood swings are killing me.
