Missing Quick Draw Skill?

So I have two skins: GoF and Zorro. When switching my GoF skills to Zorro's skills, I noticed that Quick Draw is missing.

I also noticed that Goober and Count Bat only has one skill. Did they remove the skills when they updated the game, or am I missing something?

Has anyone experienced the same thing?
