Lumia 60K vs D3 Kind vs Calcigiant D3 60K — and Supracal vs Calzowel Plus

Lumia 60K (265rs ) vs D3 Kind( 155 rs) and Supracal (215rs ) vs Calzowel Plus (80 rs )

My doctor prescribed Lumia 60K once weekly for 8 weeks and Supracal twice daily for 2 months.

For Vitamin D, all three appear to contain Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU, but prices are very different.

For calcium/minerals, Supracal and Calzowel Plus have similar listed amounts of calcium, vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc.

Is there a meaningful difference in effectiveness/absorption between these products? Is the higher price of Lumia/Supracal justified, or are the cheaper alternatives reasonable substitutes?
