Should the show censor last names?

I was on the show in 2015, and soon after my episode aired, I received a bunch of FB messages from people who saw me on the show. Mostly men shooting their shot. In the last few years, I have received 2 letters from men in prison, and it actually makes me think the show should censor last names or give fake names. Or at least give people the option to protect their identity.

I understand going on TV that millions of people would see me and some would try to reach out, but this is a safety issue. These men know where I live. What is to stop them from coming to find me when they get out? One is in for rape and attempted murder, so it's kind of scary that he knows where I live.
