Unit wants to screw me over now that I'm PCSing

Been at my unit for 3 years, moved around all over to help where its needed and have outstanding NCOERs. I only ever received 2 counselings for being late my entire 3 years here but unfortunately I've also received 0 awards for any of my efforts.

Now I'm being counseled again but this time I wasn't even late I just showed up at the wrong place, (By an NCO who is habitually late none the less). tried communicating but no one answered and showed up at the right place a few minutes late but late none the less. They are trying to blow this up for whatever reason and want to counsel me AGAIN for lack of professionalism and who knows what else.

The most frustrating part is I'm out in 2 weeks. It also angers me that I've kept my mouth shut and even vouched for the same people who are causing this issue. Some of these guys can't show up to work on time to save their life but im getting the book.

Zero awards over 3 years, 2 good NCOERs and now they want to counsel tf out of me as I'm about to leave.

Ill take 2 white monsters and whatever makes the pain stop.
