Post lasek 8 days

Hello, ive recently had lasek on the 25th. I had my contact bandages out 4 days after. I have no light sensitivity and no paid, ofc I do have slight dry eye which I use drops for. Ive finished my 1 week of antibiotic drops and and am starting week 2/4 for the steroidal drops (follow the schedule to a tee)

Its playing on my mind about my visio and is making me feel very anxious. Ive had the same quality of vision for about 3 days now with no change. I can function day to day and see way clearer but evervthing is slightly blurred/out of focus.

Perhaps im over thinking.

I know everyone heals at different rates but id like to know at what day others noticed better vision post lasek. Its a terrifying thought of my eyes not getting any better then they are, even though i know they probably will.
