my boyfriend is friendly with girls who like him

hey guys thanks for taking your time to read my problem.

so me(f 19) and my boyfriend (21) have been dating for a week by now and we genuinely like eachother very much

but there is this problem he follows girls who like him on Instagram im not insecure i dont mind him having female friends but he likes the post of this girl who likes him from a very long time i told him about my boundaries that this is not okay when you have a girlfriend and it kinda makes me feel bad

but this is my second relationship and i genuinely care about his feelings so i dont follow guys who liked me before and ppl who flirted with me because i want to set my standards for him but i feel like my efforts are not seen

he is very kind to me listens to me takes me out on dates almost every day…pays for everything drops me at him

he keeps repeating this again and again but he is very friendly outgoing with everyone what do i do? i want to fix it
