Windows encrypted my pc after overclocking ram

So i decided to overclock my ram, which crashed my pc so i obviously resetted the CMOS battery which resulted in a bitlocker screen showing up, i can only access my bios, if i dont go to my bios it just redirects me to bitlocker, i cant log in on my pc and i cant find my bitlocker key, i have no idea which account has my bitlocker key. I dont want to format my pc yet since i dont wanna repurchase minecraft and lose all of my stuff (plus other settings in my other games), the only thing i want is just my microsoft account, without it i will have to begin with everything from scratch, and the worst thing is that i dont know my password (or exact e mail address with outlook) since i use a PIN code and not use my password (i dont know my password because my dad was going to fetch my pc and he doesnt remember which gmail account he used to make a microsoft account). And i remember my password vaguely which isnt any better. I of course can format my pc and i think thats the only solution to this problem but i just dont want to risk it losing my games and account.
So, does anyone know what i can do to prevent formatting or recovering my microsoft account? Because i heard you can use past purchasing info to recover your account.
