6 guys, 23M, 10 days in Thailand - looking for itinerary advice

Hey everyone,
6 of us (all 23M) are going to Thailand for the first time in October. We arrive in Bangkok on 14th October (BKK, around 7am) and our return flight is from Phuket on 24th October at 12:45pm.

We haven't planned the whole trip yet and wanted some advice from people who have been there before.
We're mainly looking for a mix of nightlife, good beaches, beach clubs, rooftop bars/clubs, parties and some island hopping. Basically we want to have a fun trip and make the most of the 10 days rather than spend too much time just travelling or relaxing.
At the moment we're thinking something like Bangkok -> Krabi -> Koh Phangan -> Phi Phi -> Phuket.

We're not sure if Koh Phangan is worth adding though, especially since we'd have to travel quite a bit between the islands. We were also thinking about Koh Samui and Pattaya but don't know if either is worth taking time away from the other places.
For those who have done Thailand before, what would you recommend with these flights?
Would you do Bangkok, Krabi, Koh Phangan, Phi Phi and Phuket, or change the route completely? How many nights would you spend in each?

Also interested in recommendations for the best beaches, rooftop clubs, beach clubs and nightlife
Would really appreciate any suggestions on what you guys would do if you had these 10 days and these flights already booked.
