Order from July still hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks

Hi Im new to bricklink and from US Eastcoast. And have bought legos from a german sellers. The bigger order from the german seller arrived back in August, meanwhile the other german seller, which I bought in July 21. Was sent back to them in August 5.
I had to contact them on the 6th asking whats going on. First time yknow. And they said DHL sent back due to customs issue. So they said they send it back and the same postal tracking code will still work.
But the after 3 weeks of nothing happening and the postal code not changing. I emailed them this Monday. And now Im a bit worried that something may’ve happened.
They do have amazing reviews they responded quickly last time, I just don’t know whats going on.

And Im not responding to anyone who wants names.
