230V ESP relay module on DIN mount?

So I have two jobs for an ESP in my distribution panel:

1. Count pulses from the meter's S0 output.
2. Control a relay for the outdoors lights.

I wonder if the perfect module already exists, something that takes 230V directly, contains a relay and has at least one exposed IO.
