What do you look for in games?

Question

I'm currently making a game using RPG Maker MZ and I'm planning on adding lots to it, but one of the things that I always think about is; What is something that most games are missing/get wrong?

(I do enjoy long explanations, but please add a simplified note if possible)

I have Lore, PvE, StoryTelling, Custom Items, "Open World", Dungeons, Labyrinths, Time based Events, and a 3+ hour Campaign so far.
