Pedestrians?

Do the NPC workers at Walmart corporate not realize that they are not the only people trying to commute or get places in this town? They don’t look before they cross the road and all the cyclists appeared to think that cars just magically stop because they’re around. Is it just me? Am I just in a bad mood? I also don’t appreciate the scuzzy guy who hit my car after he crossed a crosswalk when he did not have the little walking symbol and was on his phone instead of paying attention. I hate it here.
