PARENTS या WIFE? Delhi High Court ने माना Cruelty

पत्नी के लगातार झगड़े, husband पर parents से अलग रहने का pressure, उसकी salary से parents को support करने पर objection और बाद में लगाए गए unproved extra-marital affair allegations—Delhi High Court ने इन circumstances को collectively matrimonial cruelty मानते हुए husband के favour में divorce को uphold किया.

Court ने यह भी माना कि ageing parents को financially support करना अपने-आप में wrongdoing नहीं है और लगातार matrimonial harassment को केवल एक isolated incident की तरह नहीं देखा जा सकता.

Cruelty सिर्फ physical violence नहीं होती. लगातार mental harassment, humiliation और unsubstantiated character allegations भी marriage को गंभीर रूप से damage कर सकते हैं.

हर husband को अपने matrimonial legal rights पता होने चाहिए.
