Looking for quality leads or sources for learning lymphatic drainage massage!

Hello everyone! My partner has lipedema and I want to learn how to do lymphatic drainage through massage (or other means) to support them. Do you have any good sources on this? Any tips on techniques, when to do, what works best for you?

They are in stage 2 around their thighs and hips/belly, with a bit in their upper arms.
