I think I give up. I got my bike in late April early May. I've had nothing but issues with it. I've made several posts on here about various things.

Took it to two different shops and they didn't fix anything that I told them to basically. Bent rotor. Tried to do it myself last night. The hex screws were so tight and it looks like they were already stripped which is weird because I've never had any work done on my brand new bike. So every single one of them were stripped. I have one left and I can't get it out. I was pouring sweat in my dining room with my AC on trying to get this last screw out. So that's where I'm at. I had to order a special tool and a special tool kit driver set. I tried rubber band. I tried wax. I tried a rubber glove to get grip. Nothing. I'm seriously thinking about selling my bike in the next few weeks. Because after this it's going to be something else and I didn't even dare try to take off the back tire because it's hooked up the things. But the rotor is good there. At least they gave me a new rotor and screws. But I'm at the point where I've pumped so much money into this bike. I'm kind of over it. But I love when it's working fine but seems like that's maybe 50% of the time.
