What do I do?

Help! So I've been on estrogen for 5 months now, and I've got A cup size breast for now and because I'm so skinny, it is showing right off the clothes and my mom started questioning me why this is happening, what am I doing and other things... If I'm secretly doing drugs... My mom was panicking very much. She doesn't know I'm transitioning and also she is very against LGBTQ and also very conservative and reliving and... I've already bought my estrogen stock for the next 5 months... What do I do?

I feel so scared :(
