Do you know of any litter distressed areas in Newport? Could you please share areas you know of?

We are looking to littered areas in Newport that need to be cleaned. The only stipulation is that it’s heavily littered (as we prioritize those) and that it’s public land, so that the town can collect the bags. Your references would be greatly appreciated !!
