Where I can submit recommendations for the devs?

There is a official forum or somewhere easily indexable who I can submit my recommendations for future updates? Sincerely I feel like reddit isnt the best place if you want to be heard (specially if you are not going to reach first page).

Im playing ironman and with low wiki usage. There is some quests who NPC could better hint of (specially old ones). While new quests have step by step on quest log. I sincerely think some OG quests should a little more information in game.

In the old days we could ask friends or people in public. Maybe its even intended to spread information like this. But nowadays our resources is mainly on the wiki. Its not a problem but would be nice a little love for a future summer sweepup
