Unranked is a miserable experience

People just running it down, tons of leavers (the most I have ever seen since I started playing). I wouldn't really care much if it wasn't for the fact I have to endure 15 *wins* to use the hero I want in ranked.

I have 22 games played with the hero. I have only 7 wins. I can tell the few where the games were fair / I fucked up - I am happy with that. But the rest of the matches are such low quality it feels cartoonish to me.

My last 2 games I had 2 leavers in my team - back to back. No one was talking shit, flaming or anything. They just died so much then at some point decided to just leave.
