• 5 hours a day, fixed shift — not "whenever I'm free"

• Strong written English. This is the main thing we judge you on.

**Big plus:** any background in psychology, sales, or persuasion. This job is 90% understanding why someone buys and 10% typing. If you've studied psych, or you're just naturally good at reading people, say so in your application — that moves you straight to the top of the pile.
