Help me chose a steel ship

Hello everyone I have the required steel to buy my next steel ship.I currently only have FDR and Stalingrad.I enjoy playing with Stalin but not so much with FDR.I usually play well armored BBs or heavy cruisers.I watched many videos about most of the ships that interest me(heavy cruisers or BBs) but I can't figure out which one to get.
