My brother and I are looking for a 2BHK flat for rent near Mahadevapura / Bagmane Tech Park.

We both work at Qualcomm, J Building, so we’re ideally looking for something within a convenient distance from the office.

Our requirements:

📍 Preferred areas: Mahadevapura / near Bagmane Tech Park (open to nearby areas with easy commute)

💰 Budget: ₹40,000 + maintenance maximum — this is our firm comfortable limit

🛋️ Semi-furnished preferred — we already have most of the essential items, so we don't need a fully furnished apartment

🧹 Clean and well-maintained flat

🏢 Gated society / good residential layout preferred

🚗 Good/ample parking space

👬 Only the two of us will be staying
