Instead of giving you a fixed [workout](http://aadifit.com/workout-generator) and [calorie](http://aadifit.com/calorie-planner) target, AadiFit can adapt your training, [nutrition](https://aadifit.com/tdee-calculator/) and calorie planning around your goals, [progress](http://aadifit.com/progress-analyzer), [recovery ](https://aadifit.com/recovery-optimizer/) and individual patterns.

You can use it for fat loss, muscle gain, [women's](http://aadifit.com/women-system/) fitness, and more.

The part I'm most excited about is the coaching experience. You can actually talk to AadiFit like a coach, and during an exercise, use your camera so it can look at your posture and movement and give you feedback.

I'm also working on predictive planning that looks at your progress trajectory and can spot signs that you're slowing down, helping adjust your plan before a [plateau](https://aadifit.com/plateau-breaker/) becomes a bigger problem.

The Android app is currently in closed beta, while the web version is live.

I'm building this in public and would genuinely love feedback from other SaaS builders.
