Hey everyone,

Posting this to get some advice and warn others about how Swiggy Instamart is handling catalog errors and customer support rejections.

I ordered YourHappyLife Advanced L-Glutathione Capsules on Swiggy Instamart.

What the App Advertises: The item title, description, and "Pack Size" explicitly state 60 capsules for ₹1,143.

What Was Delivered: A box that clearly states "30N VEG CAPSULES" on the front packaging.

Looking closely at their app listing details, their catalog team messed up it says Pack Size: 60 capsules in one line, but Included In The Box: 1 x 30 Capsules right above it. They listed a 30-capsule box under a 60-capsule pack title and charged the higher price.

When I raised a complaint with evidence (product photos + app screenshots), support took over 6 hours only to send this copy-pasted rejection:

"We regret to inform you that we will not have the option to process the refund since we were unable to validate your claim... we take our customer's complaints very seriously..."

How can they "not validate" a claim when their own app listing directly contradicts the physical product delivered?

Has anyone successfully dealt with this level of blatant refusal from Swiggy?
