Need PG recommendations near Acharya Institute of Technology, Soladevanahalli

Hey everyone,

Got allotted CSE at Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT), Soladevanahalli through COMEDK, moving from Lucknow. Looking for a decent boys/co-ed PG within walking distance from campus.

Budget: flexible, but leaning toward mid-range[ under 15k] — not looking for the cheapest option, just want clean rooms, decent food, and no hidden charges drama.

Things I care about:

Reliable water/electricity (seen a lot of complaints about this in reviews)

Actual food quality, not just what's promised during the tour

Responsive management if something breaks

Have shortlisted a few off Google reviews (Royal PG, Revansh Gents PG, Haven Stays) but would love to hear from anyone who's actually stayed there.
