Curbside is back?

Anyone know exactly why curbsides was swapped to shopping orders? My store stopped curbside pickup on August 1st, but they started them again on September 1st. My screen is flooded with curbside offers now, which im sure is pushing me out of shopping offers. I dont even do curbside and never have. This has been beyond frustrating for the past 2 days.
