Weird situation going on, trying to navigate

Hi guys, changing some details for obvious reasons, but wanted some advice.
My ex broke up with me in 2024 after a 4 year relationship, but we’ve been on and off for about two years since. We weren’t officially together, but still did relationship-type things like going out, sex, and spending a lot of time together, so it became pretty messy because . Recently, I noticed she was acting different and barely communicating. I asked her about it, and after avoiding the question at first, she told me she’s been talking to someone new long distance. Things had been moving fast, and he apparently plans to ask her to be his girlfriend next week, so she wanted to respect the trust he had for her by returning the trust. I also told her I’d been talking to someone new for a while (it was on and off and I don’t know if I said it out of hurt or a genuine spot for wanting her to move on). We met up at our old favorite spot, talked everything through, and agreed to go no contact. We also figured out arrangements with the dogs we share. Afterward, I noticed she blocked my number and heard she was liking posts about blocking people from our mutual friend, but she still kept me on social media. I ended up blocking her everywhere myself after seeing her new dude commenting on a post on her food page. Just wondering how you guys would handle this. I’ve never dealt with a situation this messy before and it’s very strange to navigate these emotions. Also any general thoughts help! I like rationalizing these kinds of things.
