Thirteen15 Package Delivery Issues

Hello,

Since moving into thirteen15, I’ve had several issues with packages either not being properly delivered or not receiving a notification when they actually arrive. I’ve reached out to multiple people about this, but unfortunately, it seems like no one really knows how to resolve the issue, and I’ve been left without much help.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? At this point, I feel like I’m being gaslit about the situation, which is frustrating because I constantly have to double-check and make sure I’m actually receiving everything that loved ones have sent me or that I’ve ordered online.

Please let me know if anyone else has been experiencing this as well!
