Minimum and maximum number of games in a Ranked season?

Just a thought, I really liked Ranked and look forward to the Autumn season.

Would it help make it fairer if there was a minimum or maximum number of games in ranked?

My thinking is if someone played a very small amount of games and does well, they could reach the top of the league then stop playing.
By contrast, someone could play a very large amount of games until they get the ranking they want. There seems to be a slight bias in the more games you play the more points you accrue if you have a winning record.
