I'm filling out the DS-160 for my parents' B1/B2 renewal via Dropbox and need quick advice on my dad's status.

Dad used to run a business, but is now retired and earns passive rental income from personal property. I am on H-1B in the US and sponsoring their trip.
Should I select ⁠RETIRED⁠ or ⁠OTHER⁠ (Property Owner) for his Primary Occupation?

Should I list his old business under "Previous Employment"?

Since Dropbox doesn't take extra documents like property deeds or bank statements, how should I word his status in the DS-160 description box to show strong ties?
