How do we make that famous bouncy Halloween string (harpsichord) pattern name?

Like the one used in "The Bone Dance" by Lock & Simber in Lofi girl Halloween compilation. Its probably harpsichord, and goes like "long low note, quick chord staccato". Its used in so many fun,spooky, halloween background music. I dont know the name, i searched so many keywords on youtube. Please tell how to make that or the name to search on youtube/google.
