how easy is it to bypass the 3 visitors per month rule, Crown Place

Hia all, Im starting in swansea soon and Ive got a studio in Crown Place, they have a policy that visitors can only stay 3 nights a month and I was wondering how strict they are on that/ would anyone notice if my gf stays for like 6/7 nights a month instead? Thanks :)
