Customer seeking guidance

Hello all you hard workers. We have had a new pharmacist for about 9 months. I have a family with multiple meds a week, except one who is only in a handful. This pharmacist is making me miserable, but I understand short staff/WAG working conditions. I am looking for the best way to complain, without blow back preferably. I appreciate the store and the techs, but not him. Any suggestions?
