The ending makes sens and idk why people don't get it

You already know about this scene since ep2 the only thing you don't know is that it is you flipping the coin. With how bad things are going at the end (especially with Derek) it is easy to assume the MC has a reason for feeling down even if its pretty obvious that the scene is happening at the cumpetition. The drug offer will be nothing more than a choice of yes or no in s4 (you don't see yourself taking them she just puts them under your nose). The single point that doesn't make sens to me is how your relationship plays in to this story.

What do you think? Am i making sens with what i am saying? How do you think your relationship will play in to the story from that point?
