Five-year relationship ended unexpectedly, and I may be losing my job. What do I do next?

Two weeks ago, my girlfriend ended our five-year relationship completely out of nowhere. She had been my best friend for eight years, and we lived together for most of our relationship. To make things worse, this week my company announced layoffs, and it looks like I’ll probably be affected. I work in game dev, where the job market is cooked right now, and finding another would be incredibly difficult. I also feel incredibly burnt out from work right now

I can remind myself logically that I’m still young (24) and have time to rebuild, but it's hard to not feel like my life is over

I’ve been working nonstop since graduating, and before that I went straight into university out of high school, so I’ve never really had time to consider what I'd do without these options

I have some savings, but not enough to live on for an extended period. I’ve considered travelling for a while, but I know that probably isn’t the most financially responsible decision. I also have the option to move back in with my parents but I haven’t lived with them for seven years and don't know if that would be right

Any advice on what I should do at this point? I've never felt this lost and directionless, so could really use any tips
