International student with BPD and undiagnosed ADHD

It's very easy for people to say 'put yourself out there, even you have to risk getting hurt'. Only people with BPD can possibly understand what that actually means for us. It's been 45 days since I came to Sydney. I moved here for my masters. I haven't made a single friend with whom I can have even a casual conversation. It's brutal to live with myself 24/7, inside my head. I just wanted to share this.
