How does no one catch that Creed doesn’t do any work?

He’s supposed to be doing quality assurance and visiting to make sure the paper is looking good and not having cartoon penises, But he just sits there at his desk all day. Does no one know what his job is, even HR? Even Kevin does more work than him, though he does use a keleven.
