Rude comments about # of kids?

Hi! Just curious how yall handle it.

I'm 30 and pregnant with #3. Starting to share with people outside of my friend/family circle (which is mostly conservative/Catholic, where big families are the norm). I have a 4 and 2 year old, so they're not particularly close in age but apparently 3 kids is seen as unusual to certain people.

I've started getting rude comments- some laughing, some 'bless your heart', some 'you're in for it', some "ohhh boy that's enough!" and I usually just laugh along or brightly say "well, we're Catholic. So I'm sure there'll be plenty more!"

Idk. It does tick me off a bit and I know I'll have to start just ignoring it, especially since we want more after this, but how do you typically respond to these things?
