What entry level markets *aren't* oversaturated af right now

Basically looking into courses and shit, don't really care enough about anything profitable so I just need something I can actually get into. Everyone said IT a while back but then everyone went to IT and now no one can get into IT lmao. Probably easier just to get a trade but whatever.
