Is this company a scam

I ordered women’s clothing on August 21. Shortly after, the website changed from men’s and women’s clothing to men’s only, and the company’s location changed from Canada to the Netherlands. The clothing/models also appear AI-generated.There is no information available about the company’s history or the people who run it. There are no customer reviews or feedback about the clothing available online.

They asked me by email to confirm my personal information (the delivery adress and full name) to make sure they will ship it to the correct delivery adress, then an automated email said the order had shipped(with tracking number). I tried to cancel, but they said the cancellation period had expired. Returns must be shipped internationally at the customer’s expense. What should I do? Is this company a scam?
