Colonoscopy Question

I'm being scheduled for my fist colonoscopy. I've heard from a friend that the worst part is being cleaned out prior to the procedure.

I'm carnivore and I'm wondering if it'll make that part better. My working theory is that since our bodies use so much of what we eat and we don't have as much waste as most people, this part will be less bothersome than for the person on a SAD.

Can anybody confirm with their experience?
