Help desk resume help needed please

Hi yall I’m sure some of y’all seen my post the other day. I had to delete because I notice to big of issues I had to fix after I posted it. I’ve posted my resume here before and I adjusted it according to the advice I was given. I’m uploading again for the same reason because I feel it’s not enough to land help desk and I’m honestly lost on what I should be doing or working on. Right now my focus is on the Network+. Any advice at all is very appreciated.
