Hiring: Remote Airbnb Sales & Operations Associate (WhatsApp + Google Sheets)

I run a rental business operating 3 fully furnished apartments. Leads come in through Meta ads and I need someone reliable to take over day-to-day sales and management operations.

🏠 About the Role

This is a phone + laptop based job. You'll be the first point of contact for every potential guest and the person keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

📋 What You'll Do

• Manage WhatsApp Business — respond to leads promptly and professionally
• Share apartment photos, videos and details with potential guests
• Negotiate pricing and close bookings
• Record and track all bookings in Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the cleaning team between checkouts and check-ins
• Follow up with guests before arrival and after checkout

✅ What I'm Looking For

• Good written + vocal communication in English and Urdu
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
• Sales mindset — you know how to close
• Organized, responsive and trustworthy
• Prior experience in hospitality, sales or customer service is a plus but not required
• Based in Pakistan (Multan preferred but not mandatory)
