Clicking noise only middle gears

Hi All, I've been trying to pinpoint where the clicking noise is coming from in my gears. It only happens in the middle gears, not in largest or smallest. Included a two videos from two gears as it is hard to switch and video one handed.

A tad stumped as nothing strikes me as obvious but I am also not an expert. I thought initially that it was to do with the derailler but it really is only at one point in the rotation. Maybe the chain? But it would be in other gears also? Any help is appreciated!
