Sketchup legal team is threatening to buy me SketchUp pro . They claim in email that iam using unauthorized soft wear and they are going to took legal actions

Hi all. iam From India. CJCH team Threatening me to unauthorized use of SketchUp. How this possible. What will they do. I don't have office. Iam working from home only. Single person with personal system. If they come physically directly and check? Or they will go to court to file a case against me? Is Blender is good alternative to sketchup. iam going to learn that.
