Self-Care Ideas for Littles
So my wife and I both participate in DDlg and MDlb, where I am typically Daddy and every so often when I need it, we'll switch roles. Now, we recently shared a major loss in the last couple of months, so I sorta fell off the wagon on properly caring for her, and it took me up to about a week ago to realize it. Even before the loss, I was getting a bit complacent, which I feel terrible about, too. However, I've been getting that little urge again and while she's aware of it, I know that she can't really put herself in that headspace if she isn't secure in being little. So, yesterday, I made the decision that she actually isn't allowed to be Mommy yet, because I don't want my care for her to become, or even feel like, it's transactional. Now, all that is the background for my main question: littles who either can't explicitly be little or who practice solo, what are some things that you do to make you feel small without it tipping off people around you? Now, it's fine if it's something my wife can see, but I just don't want it to feel like she has to take care of me.
