Cruise watch website not working?

It was recommended that I checkout Cruisewatch as a really good website for comparing cruise costs and price drops.

I have an account but it's not working. The toggle buttons to turn on alerts don't save and I signed up for a daily newsletter that has never been sent.

Is the website inactive or something? Anyone else having the same issues?
