I just got the game and I am getting my ass beat (Loving it!) but I have questions regarding the fighting

I asked about whether or not I should get the game and I decided to get via keys for only around 4.80 usd and I am having fun so far!

Don't let the stats fools you otherwise, even though I am getting my ass handed to me and molested by 3 people spamming unblockables all at once I am having fun. This game is truly one of a kind but I still have some questions.

1. How does the guard break work exactly? Sometimes I can break it sometimes I cannnot are there ways to guarantee it?

2. light spamming: I couldn't react to it at all and get shanked to death by many characters but I felt it the most with the Japanese spear girl and virtuosa, do you guys just react to it or do you just know patterns of characters if you played long enough?

3. Gimmicky or unblockable or whatever you guys call it: Basically certain characters I fight seem to have this yellow-orangeish move that they do on me and that always caught me off guard and when I already registered what happened centurion already landed another haymaker on me and I am already concussed against the wall. How do you deal with those type of moves?

The rest are just matchup knowledge I think. I am constantly getting knowledge checked by every new characters I encountered. Its like I am back in tekken for the first time again.

I feel like I am the only new player here with how everybody I fought seems to be insane at this game with they feint dodge attack and parry me. I'll be happy if you guys can provide me some kind of a guide and tutorial or a matchup knowledge I can listen to.
