I didn't wish a friend on her birthday

I didn't wish a friend on her birthday because recently she started talking to the people who caused me immense amount of pain and I was about to die because whatever they did to me was unbearable. She was a close friend but she started drifting away from me when she started talking with them. Her birthday was on 31st August, i didn't wish her, even though I felt like i should. But the main point is that I had a dream and in that dream I saw that she was kinda sad about me not wishing her on her birthday and i was also quite guilty about it. So the dream was because of my unconscious guilt? Please lmk
